Today I joined my friend in a search of his first house. We were surveying apartment units in newly developed area.
Finding a house is not an easy task. Besides the price, we have to consider many factors around such as :
1. Location - at least not exceeding 15km to working place to reduce travel cost and physical demand. Near shops, hospitals and great road access.
2. Amenities- lifts, playground, gym, parking lots.
3. House level (for apartment) and position.
Today he could not make up his mind and we would continue the house hunting , maybe tomorrow!
